    By analyzing the plaster, i've determined 2 planes: The first plan is a platform - kind of an opened space and The second plan  is a shadow of the first one on the floor with a wall that links 2 levels.

    III. Planes 1:

    The plasters are situated in our created streets, which is in neither Lausanne nor Paris, but a newly created space. Consequently, the phenomena of reflexion is used to create a new shape of plan 1.

    For this drawing i used the constructivism movement as it aimed to create a composition with a focus on construction. It was  created not in order to express beauty but to carry out a analysis of the materials and forms of planes and columns on our created street.

    III. Light & Planes : 

    1. Light and Shadows on Lausanne's façade.

    Since I am working with the reflexions and so with the light rays, i decided to study the orientation of the Lausanne's Facade

    Considering the environment as one of the most important factors influencing the space formed by the planes, I begin by working with the sun’s path. I found out that the axis of reflection runs East-West, which is the ideal building orientation. The sun rises in the east, and sets in the west, however it does so moving along a path in the northern part of the sky. 

    I used this information when creating the form of my planes-plaster.

    East-South side: the side that faces south is the only side that will get the sun the whole day

     Sunset, the west will get the sunlight in the afternoon and the north no direct sunlight at all.

    When a ray of light strikes a plane mirror, the light ray reflects off the mirror. Reflection involves a change in direction of the light ray. These concept is used in my picture. The reflection of the building on the window creates a vituel left-right réversal image-space. I use these phenomena to give the illusion that the space is larger than the true reality.
