    I. Planes

The idea is to catch vega throw the observatory only at a precise moment. This created a specific time mark as the Maya did.    One part of the column, tilted and misaligned compared to the building, reduces the vision such that Vega appears only one time in a year. Moreover, it creates a spatial link between frontside and backside.

This observatory is usually in the complete shadow when the darkness comes. The night of July 28 at 11 PM the powerful gleam of Vega, described as the messenger of light, illuminated the room down the observatory and creates an unique and privileged experience.

For this new project, I decided to work with the first plaster which translate a facade in Paris. There is a fireplace on the top of the roof that challenge me. From this point, the idea of an observatory that cross the entire facade came at me.
