Space doesn't exist, it must be created. How can vertical planes express an architectural intention?

This project treats of spatial separation.

My project is basicly about perception of space through obstacles. I tried to put a contrast of precision between two spaces. That's according to the painting in which there is an uncertainty of "what is behind that wall". That, I think is the situation. All that we are sure of is the existence of another wall with an opening that creates a continuation of narrow vision and therefore doubt. The column on the first facade is a stop in the continuity of the other openings, I believe it indicates the physical "start" of the situation. The link with the element is the fact that the act of seeing is through a rather small but appealing gap.
